I’m a first-time homeowner and needed to replace the shingles on the roof along with updating the gutters to the no-clog type, along with replacing one of the skylights.  I got several bids and amongst them was Phoenician Home Improvement.  I decided to choose Phoenician based upon the cost estimate and most notably, the results my neighbor received after having similar updates to their house at the start of the summer.  The estimate was very detailed as it specified what would occur, such as filing for the construction permit, putting a debris waste bin in the driveway and which products would be used ie the Velux skylight, etc. As a first-time homeowner I had a lot of questions about the process that Tony from PHI answered quickly, which my confidence that I had chosen the right company to do the job.  When it came time for the work to begin, the shrubs were covered with a “netting” as not to disturb any of my so-called gardening efforts from falling debris.  The original shingles were removed by roughly mid-day and the roof was completely shingled by the end of that same day!  Tony’s team worked tirelessly picking up all of the debris and the final product looks sensational!  A few days later, due to rain issues the gutters were installed and they too, look great AND have handled these monstrous rains we’ve had lately, with ease.  The solar skylight that was installed…big wow!!!... a huge improvement from what was originally installed circa 1985!! I’m very happy with the work that Phoenician Home Improvement has done on my house and I have already recommended Tony and his team to two of my neighbors.  I have a few other home improvements planned and I will invest my time in asking PHI to do the work because based upon my experience, they will help keep my home a solid investment.

Tony and his crew were very professional and made sure everything was completed on time and all trash/debris was cleaned up. The construction work was quality and the price reasonable. The only issue I had was with my patio table not being put back on the deck before the railings were built I can't do that by myself. They replaced my old rotting wooden deck with Trex, and the final product is beautiful. They always showed up on time, worked hard throughout the day, and were very responsive to any communications I had with them via email in scheduling and coordinating the project. I would recommend them to anyone, they did a great job and were very easy to work with.
